Real Achievement

Real Achievement is a coordinated system of instructional solutions designed to develop skill competencies in older students and adults. Real Achievement is:

Responsive

Real Achievement is responsive to the needs of older learners and their educators. Real Achievement’s primary goal is to build the necessary basic and problem-solving skills that these older students need to succeed in academic institutions or in the workplace. Emphasis is always on time-on-task learning and building confidence that leads to success. Older students will feel that this software is designed specifically for them. Real Achievement is also responsive to your computer installation and to your budget for instructional materials. Our wide range of purchasing options, ranging from one-computer licenses to unlimited network/site licenses, along with special saving on comprehensive solution packages, allows Real Achievement to fit within your particular requirements.

Efficient

Real Achievement is an efficient instructional solution. Students can begin with simple skills, develop competency with them and use the previously learned skills to develop more complex ones. Mastery at each skill level provides the foundation for learning and potential success at the next level. Learners are always encouraged to use what they have mastered and to transfer these skills from the academic setting to functional settings, such as employment or daily living. Most of our programs allow learners to work through a lesson within 20 to 30 minutes. If students run out of time, their status is bookmarked and they can return to where they left off during their next instructional session at the computer. Efficiency is enhanced by several simple and quick assessment tools that determine where students should begin within the program and what is their preferred learning style.

Accountable

Real Achievement offers simple but powerful accountability to teachers. Our management system tracks student progress on individual skill levels for an unlimited number of students while indicating how much time a student has spent on each skill. Management data can be tracked by individual student or by class. Special reports, such as student-to-class comparisons, can be generated quite easily. Most importantly, all Real Achievement programs work under the same common universal management system. This allows teachers to review student progress across all programs a student has worked with or is still working on with one simple keystroke. This important feature saves the teacher a considerable amount of time while providing maximum accountability.

Learning

Real Achievement offers comprehensive content that is closely correlated to national and state-specific test. Our solutions provide learners with a variety of instructional formats, including tutorials, simulations, remediation and other formats that appear to a variety of learning styles. Lessons present effective branching as well as feedback that is positive, constant, and appropriate for older learners. This ensures an interactive and responsive experience that both enriches and enhances the learning process.
